One of the longest-standing members in the Chicago Dojo, Elaine Mack has been training in Mugai Ryu Iai Hyodo since 2003, and was awarded Mennomaki in October 2025. Elaine currently teaches classes at the Japanese Culture Center in Chicago, and has worked with teachers in Japan to expand our knowledge of the history of Mugai Ryu Iai Hyodo for all practitioners around the world.
